Same-day or multi-day outstation travel from Tirupati to Chennai, Bengaluru, Nellore, Vellore, Chittoor, Madanapalle and across South India. Every vehicle is highway-serviced, the per-km rate is published on this site, and you get the driver’s number the evening before departure.
Outstation work is where opaque pricing does the most damage. A rate quoted on the phone, a different number at the destination, and a "return kilometre" charge nobody mentioned. Our per-kilometre rates are published on the fleet page and the full total goes to you in writing before departure.
A one-way drop is charged for the distance actually travelled plus the driver allowance. We do not add a phantom return leg. Round trips carry one driver allowance per day, and night halts carry the standard allowance, stated upfront.
Vehicles going on long routes are serviced for the highway rather than the city — tyres, brakes and coolant checked before departure. You receive the driver’s name, mobile number and the vehicle registration the evening before you travel.

How is a one-way drop from Tirupati priced?
At the published per-kilometre rate for the distance actually travelled, plus the driver allowance. We do not add a return-journey charge for kilometres you did not travel.
Do you cover interstate trips to Tamil Nadu and Karnataka?
Yes. Chennai, Vellore, Kanchipuram, Tiruvannamalai and Bengaluru are all regular routes. The state permit is included and itemised in your quote rather than collected as a surprise at the border.
What happens on a multi-day outstation trip?
The vehicle and driver stay with you. A driver allowance applies per day and a night-halt allowance applies for each night away, both stated in the original quote. For journeys over about six hours we recommend an Innova or Crysta.
